Corrections and removal

If a profile is wrong, out of date, or should not be listed, say so here. Corrections are checked against the provider's public pages where possible.

How requests are handled

  • Factual errors are fixed once a public page supports the correct information. The checked date changes only when the source is read again.
  • Removal requests are honored for provider listings. A provider can ask to be unlisted without giving a reason.
  • Submitted updates are labeled as provider supplied when they are not found on a public page.
